How does this electronic fence system work?

How to install the dog fence system?
Setp1:
Layout the fence and then bury wire underground or hang them on objects for fixation.
Step2:
Insert both ends of the wire into the transmitter and adjust the width of the boundary.
Step3:
When the collar is away from the wire, press the button once to adjust to the low voltage shock level. Press the test light on the receiver and approach the wire, and the test light will be light by shock.
Step4:
Place the flags and train your pet to recognize the boundary line using a sound mode. Then switch to an shock mode to keep it in the electronic fence.
